FOUNDER, DIRECTOR

Born in the North-East, Jack was once on the path to be the next great architect. However he made a bold u-turn and has never regretted it. He’s been in the theatre industry for a decade now and is also a top-notch Spin Instructor, too. When he’s not lighting up the stage or riding a bike that doesn’t go anywhere, he’s found at home with an easel by his side, letting his paintbrush run wild or in the local park, fishing Isla out of the pond.

CO-FOUNDER, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Originally from Chicago, Susan went to NYU and then worked in Retail/Tech in New York and Seattle before moving to London. When she met Jack, she was thrilled by the idea for West End Tails and made a quick exit from the corporate world. When not working, Susan is usually lost somewhere in London having taken a wrong turn searching for ice cream or trying to learn more about web design, SEO, and canine care.

CHIEF SNACK OFFICER

Meet Isla, a bundle of love and energy that is a mix of a Working Cocker and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, officially known as a Cockalier. She’s on a mission to taste every food under the sun with her sneaky paws and has a real talent for squirrel chasing. Don’t be surprised if you see her splashing in a pond nearby, it’s one of her favourite hobbies.

HEAD OF CONTENT

With a background in English, writing, and drama, Jennie initially pursued a career in publishing before realising that just one career wasn't enough - she wanted to perform too! Fast forward fifteen years, and she's now a freelance editor, sub-editor, and proofreader who also treads the boards (recently covered all the Dynamos in Mamma Mia on the West End and soon to appear in Stiletto at the Charing Cross Theatre!). You'll find her squirrelling away in front of her laptop correcting everyone's spelling and grammar, with West End Tails regular Ralph snuggled up by her side.
